Step-by-Step Process for Hypothecation Termination

  • A mandatory form jointly signed by the vehicle owner and the financier.

4. Submit Application to RTO

  • Submit Form 35, NOC, and all supporting documents at the local RTO.

5. RTO Verification

  • RTO verifies the documents and processes the removal of hypothecation.

6. Receive Updated RC

  • Get the new RC card without the hypothecation entry, either digitally or by post.
