What is National Permit??
A National Permit, also known as an All India Permit, is a legal authorization that allows commercial vehicles (such as trucks, trailers, and goods carriers) to operate and transport goods across multiple states in India. It is issued under Section 88 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, and is valid in all states and union territories (except Jammu & Kashmir unless separately endorsed)
